Small and colorful

The Vierseitenhof from 1890 still serves as a farm property. Only the street-side residential building is used for living. Our upstairs guest apartments are now supposed to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great grandparents.

Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh located directly on the water, overlooking the Templiner See. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the view of the lake. A 1.60m wide box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. TV, a small music system as well as some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Cozy and comfortable 2-room apartment.

My guest apartment offers space for 2-4 people on 45 m2. It is cozy-modernly furnished and invites you to linger - so say my guests :-). After a long day out, the separate bedroom gives you some privacy. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and a shower room. For more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
