On the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace and a private garden. On the first floor, there is the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 sqm. Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 sqm) can be rented in addition. Three more people can stay there.

In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. Right on the Havel, you're surrounded by water birds and water lilies. Relaxing tranquility and a jump from the houseboat directly into the water. On the lower terrace you can eat, chill and read. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and watch sunset. You'll be in a natural harbor protected by an uninhabited island by houseboat. The houseboat is only rented out when it is moored.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

The brand new and modern apartment is situated in a very quiet residential area. Havel promenade and beach are still within walking distance. Shopping (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.) can also be found around the corner. In the apartment you will find everything you need.
