Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The place is artistically designed according to our own ideas. It is located in our single-family house on the 1st floor. It has its own entrance via an external spiral staircase. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The U-Bahn station Kurt Schumacher Platz is 400 meters away. By U 6, you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

Beautiful, sunny studio with small kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is on the 1st floor, bright and cozy overlooking the courtyard garden in a newly built building. Central at the Schäfersee, 2 min walk to the U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 min to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 min to Kreuzberg by train.
