Super nice lake house

A wonderful lakefront house with well equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places calling for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the oven, on the windowseat in front of the panoramic window on the first floor or in the sun lounger on the roof terrace: the lake glows through the trees everywhere. The swimming spot is in front of the door, the forest too. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Sleeps up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

Through a regional train connection in the village, you are from Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. A weekend of rest or work in the countryside - here you will find both. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private driveway in a quiet settlement right on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes walk to the swimming lake (stitches) / forest bath, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5min away by car / 10min by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rentals etc. are available in the area. To the train station 5 minutes walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. My water tower is on the edge of the small Uckermark village. The swimming area of the clear house lake is a short walk away. I get district heating from a farmer's biogas facility. The hilly moraine landscape with its lakes and forests invites you to stroll and hike. You can still get lost here. The overnight stay in my tower is fairytale. In the garden stand sculptures of ice age field stones.

Mitten in der Uckermark liegt diese sehr modern, aber charmant renovierte Wohnung in einem alten Bauernhaus mit einer schönen Terrasse. Direkt gegenüber gehört zu der Wohnung eine Pferdekoppel mit Sitzgelegenheit, von der aus man die herrlicher Natur insbesondere aber wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann - auch wenn man keine Pferde mitbringt. Von dort starten unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, zu Seen mit Badestellen und zu Wäldern.

Only 200 m from the Röblinsee is the new holiday home. The immediate surroundings with several lakes and forests invite you to cycle, hike, swim or simply relax. The house is with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m) ideally suited for up to 4 people. The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view. A few minor cosmetic repairs are still pending - but we're working on it.
