In the eastern neighborhood, my lovely house is close to everything. Located on a quiet road and with walking distance of 10 minutes to the beach, forest, harbor or city center. Arriving by train or bus, you can walk to the house. The house is decorated stylishly and spartan. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests. The house has a secluded courtyard where the sun shines all day. Here you can enjoy the view of the city's rooftops down to the harbor or relax in the hammock. There is a charcoal grill and 1 women's bike for free use.

The small charming log cabin is surrounded by the farm's apple garden, lake with ducks and fish, several terraces and an exciting garden filled with small nooks. A perfect way to stay in the middle of nature. Langholm is and has been a family farm for over 80 years and oozes nostalgia, coziness and good stories. The farm is close to shopping. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Authentic and cozy town house in the very center of Svendborg. Only 250 meters to the beach, 500 meters to the pedestrian street and shopping area, it does not get more central than this. The house is newly renovated with new furniture. The house offers two spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, and also a beautiful roof top terrace and a cozy backyard garden. Hyggelig og rummelig ferielejlighed på 110m2. Den indeholder badeværelse, stort køkken og stor stue, hvorfra der er skøn udsigt over Nakkebølle fjord. Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).
