It is a quiet stairwell with nice neighbours, who should be respected ☺️ The apartment is on the 2nd floor, within walking distance of Eventyrhaven, the light rail, paid parking and shopping in 5 minutes, and 10 minutes to the pedestrian street. On Sundays, parking is free in front of the apartment; otherwise, the nearest paid parking is about 5 minutes away. Please note that the bedroom is small.
