Charming 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a private house. The apartment is located in a small village in Midtfyn, a few kilometers from shopping, only a quarter of an hour from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense on the nearby highway, which is not a problem. The view shows the scenic side of Funen just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from fields, forests and a small river. The apartment has a private bathroom with washing machine, cozy kitchen with small oven, hobs and dining area, as well as a living room with TV, double bed and pull-out sofa.

We live in a lovely bricklayer's villa from 1900, where we rent out our basement apartment. The basement was renovated in 2022 and has its own entrance. In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200), a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay centrally in Svendborg Vest - a short distance to the city center, forest and beach. There is free parking in front of the home. It is about a 10-minute walk to/from Svendborg Vest train station and it is easy to get here from the highway.

The front garden, leading to the inlet, is across this smal road. Here you find your own private part of the garden with table and chairs and a view of the inlet. You also have table and chairs close by the house. In the new kitchen the guests make their own breakfast. The place can be booked longer term at a lower price.

There are no common areas, as guests have a room, bathroom and kitchen for light cooking, dining area and outdoor dining area alone.
