The apartment is well-stocked with kitchen utensils, good pots, etc. The home is located in a beautiful old movie theater with two floors. There is free parking outside the courtyard, and check-in is via a key box. If you are picky and want a hotel stay, this is not the apartment for you.

Nice home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With a 10-minute walk to the train/bus station and ferries. Shopping nearby. The home has a nice location in a peaceful area and with a nice backyard with small beautiful terraces and cozy corners for free use. A lovely garden with apple and flowering trees, herb garden where the guest can also enjoy a piece of fruit or herbs, or to get a little shade.

The apartment is about 45m2, with kitchen, WC/bathroom, living room and bedroom. The host couple speak English, Spanish and Danish. It can comfortably accommodate two adults and extra beds can be made for up to two children.
