Bright and warm house, 1.5 km from Svendborg city center. Lots of green space and a good view. There are two floors and all three bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a south-facing terrace and direct access to a public park with a playground. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the water, where there is a jetty and changing facilities. 5 minutes' walk to a small forest. Bus stop 100 m away. The basement is permanently rented out with its own entrance, which means that the washing machine and tumble dryer are shared.

The house is situated in a green garden, surrounded by trees and shrubs. A pathway leads to the front door, which is framed by a small seating area and flower pots on either side. Natural light highlights the exterior's white facade.

Baker, shopping, butcher, pizza, and florist within walking distance. 30 minutes. By car to Odense city center. 12 minutes to Svendborg. 500 meters to the train station. Craftspeople welcome.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and the water. I offer my high and bright basement with 2 good rooms and bathrooms. In addition, there is a kitchenette where you can make a cup of tea or coffee. There's also a mini fridge. The rooms have both new quality beds as well as their own smart TV. There is a private entrance and plenty of room to park. You are welcome to enjoy the garden, where there is a sofa set as well as a trampoline and swing.
