From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. The basement is permanently rented out with its own entrance, which means that the washing machine and tumble dryer are shared.

In the living room, kitchenette with 2 burners, mini oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer, toilet with shower, private terrace with gas grill. The annex is located by the town's pond, close to water and forest, about 10 km from Svendborg and Rudkøbing.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and the water. I offer my high and bright basement with 2 good rooms and bathrooms. In addition, there is a kitchenette where you can make a cup of tea or coffee. There's also a mini fridge. The rooms have both new quality beds as well as their own smart TV. There is a private entrance and plenty of room to park. You are welcome to enjoy the garden, where there is a sofa set as well as a trampoline and swing.
