Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. In an idyllic location, the apartment is located at 900 meters, surrounded by picturesque nature, just a 5 minute walk away from Rottachsee, in front of the imposing backdrop of the beginning "2000" mountains. On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
