Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Apartment "Am Schellenberg" - small but nice

Our small apartment is located in the idyllic Sulzberg south of Kempten, in a quiet location on the outskirts, not far from the Sulzberg castle ruins. Behind the house, there is a fantastic view of the Allgäu mountains. Memmingen Airport (FMM) is only 30 minutes away. The Allgäu lake district has something for everyone: Hiking or cycling, water sports and relaxing at the Sulzberger lakes... Or maybe a trip to the royal castles, the Bavarian Alps or Lake Constance?

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about a 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many attractions. e.g.: to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Great as a stop Over. The airports Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich, Zurich are well connected to public transport.
