The 40 sqm apartment + 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surroundings are perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, cycling. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outside there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool and large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from approx. 5.11. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

Apartment "pure erholung" / "pure relaxation"

Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Living next to the King

Live in the König's (King's) neighborhood. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Hohenschwangau, as a starting point to Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle. In 5 minutes you can reach Schwangau, the village of the royal castles with the castle brewery that spoils you with Bavarian specialties. The historic old town of Füssen with many restaurants, shops, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Arrival via the A7, exit Füssen, keep following the signs "Königschlösser"

Haus am Lech

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

Sunny corner in Bühl am Alpsee

A view that can be seen of the beautiful Alpsee. Immenstadt is about 2 km away and offers shopping as well as many attractions. Bühl with its many leisure attractions is a few minutes walk away. Many sports activities are offered in summer and winter: sailing, skiing (mountains easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, summer toboggan run and much more. The apartment is newly renovated and offers you the most beautiful sunsets.

Stay comfortably near Biberach/Riß

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Our completely new and lovingly furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe. From all these rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view over our wonderful Lake Constance, which enchants in every weather atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a floor level shower, washbasin and toilet. Our covered loggia invites you to linger and enjoy the lake view.

As soon as you arrive here, you’ll feel immediately relaxed. The air is fresh, the street is quiet and there’s a large green meadow next to the house with cows in summer. You have a breathtaking view on the Alps. The flat is located on the second floor where you can enjoy this view perfectly from our balcony. The flat is fully equipped with a large living- and dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Cosy apartment in the heart of Bregenz

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.

"Small but nice" living at Hopfensee, quiet location

Experience the Allgäu Riviera in this modernly equipped apartment overlooking the mountains. The accommodation is very quiet and within walking distance of Lake Hopfen. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the terrace with mountain views. From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also quickly reach the mountains.
