Beautiful two-room apartment in Rosenheim Süd

The apartment is located in the south of the city and thus close to the motorway exit Rosenheim. Size approx. 60 m², on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a 12 party house, completely renovated and equipped with high-quality and modern furnishings. Absolutely quiet residential area. Car parking space in the yard in front of the house. The bus stop as well as supermarkets and bakeries are a few minutes' walk away. The bus does not run at night and not on Sundays. The city center can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot.

Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location.
