Whether skiing, hiking, city strolls in Rosenheim or a day trip to Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck, the location is perfect! (Car is recommended🙈) The apartment is completely new and furnished just for you. You have access to the stream and a super cute balcony! The thermal baths in Bad Aibling are very close and super beautiful! Afterwards you can eat deliciously in the Nikos Ouzerie (Bad Aibling) or in the pizzeria around the corner! Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

We have lovingly prepared the apartment for rent and hope that our guests feel very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with good bus connections to the train station or quickly by car on the highway.
