Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

Stay at the historic town hall

I can't think of anything more central. And large car park less than 3 minutes away. The newly renovated and newly equipped holiday accommodation is - as the name suggests - located directly at the historic town hall. Right next door the famous restaurant "Drei Hasen", just a few steps further you come to the world champion Bernd Siefert, known from radio and television. Or let yourself be pampered at the Rathausbräu, the venue of the actress Jessica Schwarz. Or visit the city garden..

The Greenleaf - Peace, Hiking & Nature

Where the mountain road and Odenwald meet, in the middle of the idyllic Lautertal (Reichenbach), is our inviting apartment. After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. The lovingly furnished apartment invites you to relax & linger between hiking and mountain bike tours.

Great views of the beautiful garden-from every room. 5 minutes walk and you are in forest and meadows. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset. For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available for removing pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

Come, hike, feel comfortable and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel safe in our ground floor apartment, which we have renovated mindfully. We bought and built the farm 11 years ago, gardening and living here very happy ever since, despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. The Waldheim is an Art Nouveau villa in the climatic health resort of Lindenfels overlooking the castle and the Weschnitztal and has a separate apartment for up to 6 people. The Waldheim is located directly on the Nibelungensteig hiking trail at the edge of the Schenkenberg forest. Highlights include the panoramic view, the sauna and the communal garden.
