Our apartment, 40 square meters, is located on the south-facing terrace facing the garden, with an unobstructed view of the nature of our private house on the edge of the forest. Exclusive use of the terrace for guests and free parking on the property. The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Fulda 6 km downtown, 7 WeltenTherme 2 km, Wasserkuppe 14 km. Downtown Fulda 6 km.

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben.
