My accommodation is centrally located, "Neue Mitte“, in Überlingen, just 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station, the lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Various shopping facilities are available within a radius of 150 metres. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house, to the bus stop it is only 100 meters. The DG apartment has: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living/kitchen with 1 sofa bed.

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops in the direction of Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is in 5 minutes and the outdoor pool is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Private oasis near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very quiet and completely quiet in a parallel street to the lake. It is located on the 1st floor and has a beautiful all-round balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short stroll separates you from the shores of the natural beach and the other many tempting leisure activities. In the meantime, we also have a charging station for electric vehicles. You can store your car at the parking lot directly at the house

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen.
