The bright, modern and sunny boutique apartment is located in a quiet, green location on the outskirts of the village. A terrace, a campfire area and a playground are available. Various sights, nature and Lake Constance invite you to explore and relax. The apartment is ideal for couples and families. Public transport (bus stop, train station) is in the immediate vicinity and Lake Constance can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Buy fresh seasonal vegetables from our own farm.

The "Schlosssee-Arkaden" building complex, built in 2021 in the center of Salem / Lake Constance district, is directly adjacent to the popular Schlosssee nature park. On the ground floor there is an Edeka market, a drugstore, a bakery with café and a pizzeria. The upper floors are reserved for apartments. The offered 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It is assigned a private parking space in the in-house underground car park.

We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included.
