Attractive house near Bregenz with pool and view

* Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (May–September, not heated) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It accommodates 7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away; Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the amenity of being able to use both the swimming pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and ventilate your head. So it is possible to get directly from the apartment with the elevator to the wellness area with pool and sauna. The Unteruhldingen pile dwellings are about a 20-minute walk away. Right next to it is the natural beach with a large lawn and shady trees.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the holiday center of Oberteuringen. It is equipped with a double bed (140cm x 200 cm), TV, stereo and a kitchenette with a table and 2 chairs. Minimum stay 5 nights. The apartment includes a car parking space. A Journey by car is recommended as public transport is not very well developed here.

Vacation home with garden, pool and hot tub

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
