Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The decor is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. Nearby is the Nuclear Water Wonderland, the historic centre of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. It is also suitable for business stays with a great wifi connection.
