Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. This monumental building is located on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you can taste the authentic atmosphere. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance from passing traffic. Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Very comfortable studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the Holthausen/Raadt district. The quiet location directly on the nature reserve does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the center and the main train station is a few minutes' walk away. By car you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Messe Essen: approx. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: approx. 30 min Ddorf Airport: approx. 20 min; CentrO : approx. 25 min (each by car)
