This spacious outdoor house with private entrance is located behind our house (on the other side of our rich garden). ♡ Living room with gas fireplace, cinema, kitchen with fridge/ combi oven/ kettle/ hob, bathroom with rain shower, a loft with double bed ♡ Spacious terrace with umbrella, garden furniture and a barbecue ♡ Sauna and hot tub for extra fee (€45) ♡ 15 minutes walk to The Hague Market (restaurants and shops) 10 minutes by car/ 15 minute bike ride to central Breda city center.

We are happy to rent out our separat guesthouse with sitting area, large dining table that can also be used for work, fitness corner and a 2-person bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. This quietly located accommodation is tastefully decorated. Enjoy the birds and the space. Parking is free on the street.

Je kunt hier genieten van de rust en de ruimte van het Brabantse platteland, op een klein stukje afstand van Den Bosch. Het huis ligt achter ons eigen huis maar geeft volledige privacy en heeft uitzicht over de kleine weide met kippen. The whole is located in a beautiful, rural wooded location in the beautiful Brabant country. There is a lot of peace and privacy; waking up with the sound of birds singing. Right next to the Beekse Bergen and in the middle of Hilvarenbeek, Tilburg and Oisterwijk. Many cycling and hiking routes nearby. Within walking distance (1 km) a cozy restaurant.
