Here you can access the bedroom through the wing door, which gives the room light! On the terrace you can relax by the fire! The fireplace is just decoration!

The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

The Dutch border is also close for excursions. There is a small Aunt Emma shop which - just like the bakery and the post office are within walking distance. There is also an Italian restaurant and a snack bar in the village. There is a small weekly market once a week.

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. A terrace for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp carefree. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

The apartment has one bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with double sink and bathtub with glass shower wall. A second sofa bed is on the gallery. Child lock: a flap at the top of the stairs.
