Hi everyone! We have a beautiful semi-basement apartment for rent. All rooms have daylight. The apartment is in the center of Bierlingen, so some things are within walking distance (pharmacy, Sparkasse, Volksbank, town hall, butcher, bakery, as well as Netto). We offer the apartment fully furnished and equipped. A washing machine/tumble dryer is also available and as good as new. Fresh towels can be found in the closet next to the washing machine. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Idyllic apartment in the countryside

Take a break in the beautiful Balinger district of Zillhausen. The surroundings impress with the Zillhausen waterfall and plenty of hiking trails. You have the apartment to yourselves (up to 4 people possible on request) and can relax, cook something and spend time on your own terrace. Two dogs live in the house. They have no access to the apartment, but encounters in front of the house or in the hallway cannot be ruled out. Dogs are not allowed in the apartment.

One of the most beautiful rooms awaits you in this old farmhouse from the 17th century, bright, south/east facing with a spacious and bright bathroom. There is a double bed (140cmx 210cm) and a sofa bed. Another room with additional beds can be booked as an option. please just ask. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and 2 hotplates. The garden can be shared.

The vacation home has a separate bedroom, a spacious living area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Free parking is right at your doorstep. The entrance area is covered and has a spacious terrace, which can also be used as a carport in winter. The sofa can be folded down and, with its 1.40 m width, offers space for two more guests.
