Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two family house with two balconies and a garden.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time."
