The holiday apartment is in a 120-year-old brick coach house. It has an unobstructed view to the south towards the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace and a private garden. On the first floor, there is the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 sqm. Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 sqm) can be rented in addition. Three more people can stay there.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house and barn of the listed three-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees have been pruned back, the house can be seen in all its splendour. From May onwards, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Welcome to your temporary home! Imagine arriving, taking a deep breath and immediately feeling this pleasant feeling of relaxation. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.
