The main room has a 160x200 cm bed, storage space, a sofa and a work station. The kitchen is fully equipped, in the bathroom there is a washing machine. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen can be used to prepare breakfast. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. When cooking, please open the windows! The city requires us to charge a city tax of 3.50 euros per person per day for the first five days. Please pay this in cash on your departure day

Alstadtapartment "Bel Floor"
Registration number ZE-2022-64-WZ-117A The apartment was completely renovated and completed in June 2015. The house is connected to district heating, so that it combines historic walls with the amenities of the 21st century. The apartment is heated via underfloor heating. Included in the rental price is the use of high-speed Internet, towels, bed linens and dish towels. A small selection of coffee cups (Tassimo) is available to get you started.

New modern loft
Our loft is located in a friendly neighbourhood and is very central. It is 150 m to the S-Bahn and 250 m to the tram, which takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. From there you can stroll comfortably into the old town, past many shops, cozy cafes and enjoy a view of Heidelberg Castle at the end of the shopping street. You can also get to Mannheim quickly by S-Bahn (about 25 min) or Karlsruhe (about 45 min). Perfect for a day trip.
