Our blue vacation apartment, featuring a combined kitchen-living room, bedroom, and modern bathroom, invites you to unwind and make yourself comfortable. The apartment offers a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people and a high-quality sofa bed for 2 more people. As soon as the weather allows it, there will be seating available in front of the apartment. If you want to work, a fiber-optic internet connection provides good conditions. Right next door, in the green vacation apartment, there is also space for 2–4 people.

The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

This unique property offers a perfect blend of history and modern comfort. The historic ballroom gives every event a special charm, while the lake terrace offers stunning views and a place of rest. Thanks to the excellent Internet access, you can also stay productive in the midst of this idyll. The property is ideal for corporate events, family gatherings, celebrations, yoga retreats or a relaxing vacation.

Looking for a place to slow down? Then come to Vieritz. You can relax in our small and cozy old country house. Enjoy the scenery by bike or a boat on the Havel. On our farm, we have a children's playground. There are plenty of animals to pet (cats, sheep, rabbits) or watching (stork couple). Our chickens are also happy to lay fresh eggs for breakfast. The price includes a 15.5% Airbnb fee for hosts.
