Finkennest 🐦Vacation Rental🐦

We look forward to seeing guests in our cozy apartment. The Finkennest is located in a quiet residential area in Friedrichshafen, Manzell district, only approx. 10 minutes' walk (700 m) from the lakeshore (shore path by the lake, no lido). The campus by the lake of the ZU is also within 10 minutes' walk. But nevertheless, the city center is within 14 minutes comfortably by city bus, the exhibition grounds in about 30 minutes without changing trains. Please also read the note on the tourist tax below!

Sehr großzügiges, helles und modern ausgestattetes 2-Zimmer-Apartment (ca 60 m²) mit traumhaftem Sonnenbalkon direkt am Bodensee mit atemberaubendem See- und Bergblick und privatem Seezugang auf dem Grundstück. Sehr zentral in Friedrichshafen - Uferpromenade, Bahnhof, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Schiffe sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 5 km. Ideal für Urlauber, Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Lake Constance is a 10-minute walk from here. There is a great lake and outdoor pool or a recreational area with free access and SUP rental. The fully signposted Lake Constance cycle path, as one of the most popular cycle paths in Europe, runs for around 260 kilometers along the lake shore. There are beautiful hiking trails for nature lovers or as a starting point for many sights around Lake Constance such as Meersburg, Constance, Bregenz Festival, Mainau Island, and much more.

Apartment, apartment, near trade fair and lake

Enjoy your stay in the beautiful Lake Constance area. The apartment is very centrally located, to Messe Friedrichshafen only 1.4 km (bus line right in front of the house), to the promenade (Bodensee) it is only a 15-minute walk (bus line to the Innelstadt and to the train station right in front of the building), shopping nearby and a bakery is right in the house, a pharmacy next door. You are welcome to book up to 7 nights with me, the minimum stay is 2 nights.

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am wunderschönen Uferpark und der belebten Promenade. Sie befindet sich in idealer Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, direkt am Bodenseeradweg. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage. Schnelles Internet und NETFLIX.

Fischbach vacation home

The bright and modern furnished apartment "Fischbach" is located in a quiet residential area in the district of the same name in Friedrichshafen. The old wooden beams of the former practice are still partly visible and give the 90m² vacation apartment a very special charm. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 3 people.

Cozy Apartment in the attic with separate entrance and stairwell, with clean bathroom, Tinykitchen and a balcony overlooking Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps.
