Sehr schöne bis ins Detail liebevoll gebaute und sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung hoch über dem Rorschacher Hafen. Weiter Blick über den See und zu den Alpen. In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. The living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops in the direction of Friedrichshafen and Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is in 5 minutes and the outdoor pool is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snacks, pizzeria etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am wunderschönen Uferpark und der belebten Promenade. Sie befindet sich in idealer Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, direkt am Bodenseeradweg. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage. Schnelles Internet und NETFLIX.

The bright and modern furnished apartment "Fischbach" is located in a quiet residential area in the district of the same name in Friedrichshafen. The old wooden beams of the former practice are still partly visible and give the 90m² vacation apartment a very special charm.
