The apartment is designed for 4 people, 2 people can also sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch (total 6 people). The apartment is newly designed: eat-in kitchen with cooking island, living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (king size bed 1.60 m wide), modern bathroom with shower. Garden with pool use. The train station (Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about 5 minutes' walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank approx. 2-3 minutes' walk, supermarket approx. 10 minutes' walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the convenience of being able to share both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. Cozy 43 m² apartment with a quiet, romantic atmosphere, ideal for couples and small families. The living and sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed as well as a pull-out sofa for two more people. The fully equipped kitchen has dishes, cooking utensils and all the essential appliances. Towels and linens are included. A suitable accommodation for relaxing breaks, longer stays, vacations or relaxing weekends on Lake Constance.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as paddleboards are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place!

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming gazebo with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, light the fireplace, and cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a dormitory is also available in the barn, e.g. for families. A kitchen is available, about 20 m from the cottage. On request, we provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.
