Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. Located in the first row of the lake right in front of the Uferpark in the center of Friedrichshafen. The apartment is ideal for arriving without a car, train station, bus station, ships are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building overlooking the Uferpark. The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Our apartment is right by the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city centre, right on the Lake Constance cycle path. Everyday shops, the train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are just a few minutes' walk away. The trade fair is 4 km away. With a private car parking space, a lockable bicycle storage room and air conditioning.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
