Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The apartment is ideal for arriving without a car, train station, bus station, ships are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building overlooking the Uferpark. You can get to the city via the beautiful, long riverside path or the free, direct bus (approx. 15 minutes).

The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Everyday shops, the train station, bus station, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are just a few minutes' walk away. The trade fair is 4 km away. With a private car parking space, a lockable bicycle storage room and air conditioning.
