Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Welcome to my cozy apartment, with lots of heart & charm! I have lived in this apartment for many years & rent it when I'm away. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub and a quiet balcony to the courtyard. Private parking is included. In 10 minutes you are on foot at the main train station, in 15 minutes in the city center, with the castle pond and forests nearby – ideal to explore the cultural capital 2025!

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Erzgebirge, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Suitable for couples, solo travelers, families with up to 3 children or business travelers. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Dogs are welcome. Parking? Of course on our property.

As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. If you come with a child, you can draw from our large repertoire of indoor and outdoor toys and get active with trampoline jumping. Included in the price are towels, sheets and final cleaning.
