Apartment with sauna - cool and stylish, for 1-2P

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

You live in a two-room apartment with a bedroom, a living room and a brand new kitchen with dishwasher. You sleep in a wonderfully large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) or on a comfortable box spring couch (permanent sleeper). On your balcony you can end the day with a glass of wine. A personal parking space in the backyard belongs to the apartment. Trachenberger Platz is the center of the district Pieschen with supermarket, doner, baker, butcher etc.

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential area of Halle. In 20 minutes on foot or less than 10 minutes by tram you are in the city centre, on foot you have only 5 minutes to the parks on the Saale. Numerous museums and galleries are within easy reach, The apartment is cozy and individually decorated, but not full. We can accommodate up to 5 people.
