We've spent the last couple of years fixing up our new roomy town house from the late 1800s and ended up having some space left, which we now have completely refurbished into two cozy vacation rentals. We are always pleased to welcome guests, be it those paying a visit to this extremely popular tourist destination called Chemnitz (to be sure, we're truly Chemnitzers), former Karl Marxists on their home leave, people just making a call on one of their business partners, or workers getting annoyed at staying in a hotel. Our two snugly rentals are perfect for vacationers, workers, bosses or people on leave of anything and accommodate 2 people each. You can expect the rooms to be equipped with functional conveniences and decorated with passion – to make you feel like home. Our town house is 5 streetcar stations away from the city center, meaning all the shopping, eatery and other infrastructure opportunities of Chemnitz are always at your fingertips. You are free to mix up with the locals, discover the city or its surroundings. If you bring your own car, you will find plenty of free parking lots just in front of our house. Business travelers and vacationers alike will find a centrally located accommodation that respects their privacy and offers good value for their money. Visitors to the city are welcome to ask the owners for tips on how to discover the hidden treasures of Chemnitz (yes, there are some!). You may try your hiking boots or bicycle to see the hinterland or embark on long walks to discover the beauty of the city park along the river that lent its name to this city. Apartment "Kirschblüte", balcony, close to the city center

The apartment is located in the Chemnitz Luther Quarter. The university campus and center are within walking distance. It is very well connected to public transport (train, tram and bus). Free parking is available on the street. The apartment is approximately 55 square meters and has a living room with a large couch (extra bed possible), high-speed Internet connection (fiber optic), Magenta TV, a fully equipped kitchen with balcony to the quiet green backyard, bedroom and bathroom.

Single apartment in our detached house. All windows with pleats for privacy. Outdoor seating on the private terrace. Apartment is located on the ground floor and can be reached without climbing stairs. The apartment is very close (2 minutes drive) to the A4 motorway. The large Chemnitz Center shopping center is only 3 min away. The stop of bus line 21 is only 2 minutes walking distance away with which you can reach the city center and the main train station.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Sonja's apartment, 4 people, Reichenhain

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

Feel at home in my apartment with a central location and the best public transport connections (train station). It is ideal for one to two people. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay. In addition to fast Internet (50 mbit fiber optic), you have a small kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and you can use my Netflix account free of charge via the large smart TV.
