We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub and a quiet balcony to the courtyard. Private parking is included. In 10 minutes you are on foot at the main train station, in 15 minutes in the city center, with the castle pond and forests nearby – ideal to explore the cultural capital 2025!

Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

Dear future guest, In one of the best locations in Chemnitz, equipped with a park or castle pond, which also invites you to take beautiful walks, 15 minutes away from the city center is my cozy, inexpensive accommodation. From the central train station it is a 20-minute walk or by bus (line 21) directly 100 m from my front door. The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.
