The arena and the stadium can be reached with a 15-minute walk through the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel.

In the heart of the city

Enjoy simple life in this quiet and centrally-located small accommodation. :) Next to the bathroom there is a kitchenette with a sink, a large refrigerator, induction stovetop, air fryer (no oven). In the room next to the bed there is a fold-out sofa so that one more person can sleep. I speak German, Polish. There was no reception/I work (I am not always available). Let me know when you want to arrive/depart (later guests ask for it).

Ehrliche kleine Pensionswohnug. Wir konzentrieren uns auf das was für Gäste wichtig ist. Super bequemes großes Bett (180x200,Matratzen neu). Alles ist extrem Sauber, übersichtlich. Wohnzimmer hat Multimedia Fernseher und es gibt einen Tisch zum Arbeiten oder gemeinsam Essen. Wir betreiben seit 10 Jahren Pensionswohnungen und wissen inzwischen: Städtereisende brauchen es vor allem einfach, übersichtlich, schnörkellos und sauber.

Our apartment is located in the very popular music district of Leipzig. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and in the immediate vicinity the ''Karli'' with its pub scene invites you to linger. Within walking distance is the Elster- und Pleiße-Auewald Nature Reserve, Clara-Zetkin-Park and Johannapark. Shops serving everyday needs are also within walking distance. Furthermore, this district has a very good infrastructure.
