From the sunny balcony you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the center on foot. Right behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, with a little luck you can observe wild deer directly at the garden fence.
