Exactly in the border triangle Vogtland-Erzgebirge-Zwickauer Land, the apartment is the perfect starting point for various excursion destinations. In the summer you can explore various hiking and cycling trails and their towers around Kuhberg and Steinberg in the daytime and enjoy the view of the Kuhberg on the terrace in the evening. In addition, numerous outdoor and indoor swimming pools nearby invite you to linger. Also worth a trip for all ages is the Plohn and Wurzelrudi adventure world in Eibenstock. In winter, the famous Kuhberg trail for cross-country skiers and the downhill slope in Eibenstock are all around the Kuhberg. Oberwiesenthal is also a popular destination for winter sports fans. Only two minutes drive away is the beautiful Christmas country in Stützengrün. At Christmas time, a visit to the well-known Zwickau Christmas market is always worth a trip. From the sunny balcony you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the center on foot. Right behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, with a little luck you can observe wild deer directly at the garden fence.

The bright 89 m² first floor apartment has a large balcony with beautiful views. The new bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks is barrier-free. The fitted kitchen is well equipped... The spacious living area has a large sofa bed (+ extra beds as needed) with TV corner and a dining/work area as well as massage chairs and play corner and game cabinet. In the bedroom there are 2 double beds. Here it can be increased with 2 travel cots. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
