Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

We would like to welcome you to our cozy and quietly located apartment in the countryside in the district of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. You can explore the area on many cycling and hiking trails.

The apartment with a cozy bedroom, living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, is ideal for couples or families with max. 2 children.

Feel at home in my cozy 2-room apartment. Modernly furnished, the apartment is located in one of Europe's largest Art Nouveau districts. The 60 sqm apartment is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a large sofa bed, a fully functional kitchen, a large dining/work table, smart TV incl. Netflix, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and a sunny balcony. The A72 highway is 5 minutes by car and the bus stop is a minute's walk.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay.
