Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). And this, among other things, is the special: sophisticated furnishing, dreamy view (including fantastic sunsets), short distance to the highlights or the office, high standard of security - simply everything to make you feel well.

One room available in my three-room flat. Bellevue S-Bahn Station 5 minutes walk. Room on the backyard, with view on the inner garden. Happy to help with any info on Berlin. Suitable for professionals and tourists, singles and couples. Please, send your booking request and specify your arrival time, to better manage the check-in procedure.
