Artist in Residence- House with Garden

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Our apartment building in the middle of Berlin offers one of the last green idylls of the city. The house with full facilities from bathtub to private terrace to barbecue is located on a large fenced property with lots of greenery and even more space. The next train can be reached in two minutes and you can get off at the TV tower without having to change trains. The immediate surroundings are characterized by authentic Berlin residents. Cosy flat in the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen with separate entrance and private terrace at the garden side. The flat has one bedroom and one living room with extensible double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwaves, dishwasher, refrigerator, a small oven and all necessary utensils. Big, private bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, dryer. Max capacity is 4 adults but recommended occupancy is 3 adults or a family with 2 children.

In this green, quiet location, you are still only 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike from the western center of Berlin's Charlottenburg Palace and 7 minutes from the Siemensdamm subway station. Our bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. The cottage has a double bed. You can set up a second double bed, but then has less space in the room. The sauna and swimming pool can be used in consultation for your own relaxation. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Welcome to your own floor in a luxury house in the middle of Berlin. The house is located in a courtyard and as such is extremely quiet. In the bedroom enjoy sleeping on a cosy 160cm wide bed. In the spacious living room you will find a TV and a large desk. There is also a wonderful sofa-bed with an extremely comfortable memory foam mattress (160 cm). Come to stay.

The holiday home in Berlin was completely redesigned and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx.130 sqm, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has in each living room and bedroom a separate air conditioning, WiFi & TV satellite. We hope to have found a cozy and warm furnishing style with the renovations and that there is something for young and old!
