Our house is exclusively used commercially (= serviced apartments). All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and rented as an entire property (i.e. no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, air conditioning, etc. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning is included for stays of 4 nights or more. The design focuses on an urban style with high standards of materiality and individuality. Exposed concrete, herringbone parquet, details in brass and leather, and wall colours inspired by Farrow & Ball combine comfort with high quality.

Our Einfach Minilofts are 23sqm studio apartments ideal for up to 2 people. We have 4 Einfach Apartments which varies in orientation .These lofts have a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a well-equipped kitchenette with a large table for dining or working and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. These apartments have large windows which make the space look really open. The views vary from Besselpark to the north, Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz in the east, or sunny Berlin rooftops to the south.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The 2-room apartments with north and south views offer the extensive comfort of a private apartment, including a large balcony, as well as a floor-to-ceiling corner window with views of the green of the old tree population and the vibrant Invalidenstraße. The apartments have a spacious living area with a workstation, a separate bedroom, an elegant bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen – all with first-class furnishings. Available on floors 1 to 5.

Our very large typical berlin style apartments are suitable for up to 8 people in 3 separate rooms. Our apartments are particularly suitable for families and groups of friends. Nice evenings together at the large kitchen table are guaranteed. In the living room there is a balcony from which you can see the Schoenhauser Allee. The apartments are in the front part of the building on floor 2-4. (without elevator).
