Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

This houseboat is equipped with two 7.5 hp engine, with 15 hp you drive license free of license. Since driving a houseboat is comparable to driving a truck, a detailed briefing/instruction is still necessary, which may be subject to a fee (EUR 60,--) depending on previous experience/duration.

LUNA Spreeapartment - Houseboat (moored)

LUNA is an exclusive, floating apartment in the loft style. On the "LUNA" there is a salon with a pantry kitchen, a double cabinet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The "LUNA" blurs with its environment through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Air conditioning and exterior curtains protect you from the heat and ensure pleasant temperatures. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly located in our harbour and is only 7 km from Alex.

Vom Ankerplatz des Bootes auf der Rummelsburger Bucht erreicht ihr mit dem Tretboot schnell und einfach das Ufer und der Bahnhof Ostkreuz ist von dort nur in 10 min zu Fuss entfernt. Mit einer Größe von 13,5 x 4,5m bietet es jede Menge Platz und von der Dachterrasse aus habt ihr einen tollen Uberblick ueber die Rummelsburger Bucht.

Du kannst mit bis zu 4 Personen, hier eine unvergessliche Zeit verbringen. Unser Hausboot verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Kitchenette und ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch..

From kitchenette with hob, bathroom with electric toilet and shower, to the fireplace - without missing anything essential, you can relax and switch off with the view of the water. The boat anchors on the Spree near Treptower Park. It is available for an extra charge and by prior arrangement - you do not need a driver's license for this.
