Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly at the Müggelspree about 500 m from Lake Müggel. The apartment offers space for 2 people with child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow for a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dish-washer, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. In addition, we offer you a sitting area with TV, a separate workspace with desk, as well as internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels provided) is under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, they are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to a cozy stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also open-air cinema) and restaurants. My little holiday paradise is located in a quiet and beautiful green area, about 2 minutes walk from the river Spree. The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. Lots of parking on the premises. Various shops and restaurants in the vicinity. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used freely. And the city of Berlin is very close!

This cute apartment is located in the basement of a brick villa on the lake and has its own entrance with its own beautiful, sunny, enclosed terrace. For swimming, go directly from the garden door to the forest and lake, eternal terrain for bikers and athletes. The apartment is conveniently located not far from the Avus. Our house is located 30 minutes from Berlin center, quiet on a protected landscape area . There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers, and a big terrace for grilling.
