We are going on vacation from August 7 - 22 & will sublet our house in Neukölln! There is an option to extend until Sep 1 if you would share on weekend with 1 of us. The newly renovated apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, a very nice kitchen and living room space, a bathroom and a guestroom (which we will use as storage) The apartment is located in Rixdorf Neukoelln, very close to Ringbahn (S Sonnenallee) or U7 (Neukoelln).There is a bunch of nice bars, cafes and restaurants in the area.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away).
