Very close to nature gazebo "Bee Happy" in "Waldidyll-am-See" on Groß Glienicker See, the cleanest lake in Berlin. The bathroom in the annex offers intimacy. Quiet guests are welcome. The property is discreetly lit, barely visible and video monitored. 200 m unbuilt dirt road to Lake Glienicker See, Sacrower See 1.9 km, Wannsee ferry 2.9 km, Olympic Stadium 10 km, Sanssouci Castle 14 km, Kurfürstendamm 17 km. If you want to use the large pool or park here, please request in advance.

Our holiday bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet plot on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of layout and equipment and meet above-average requirements. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. Lots of parking on the premises. Various shops and restaurants in the vicinity. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used freely. And the city of Berlin is very close!

Quiet lakeside oasis with private terrace

This cute apartment is located in the basement of a brick villa on the lake and has its own entrance with its own beautiful, sunny, enclosed terrace. For swimming, go directly from the garden door to the forest and lake, eternal terrain for bikers and athletes. The apartment is conveniently located not far from the Avus. The 2 main S-Bahn lines S1 and S7 are a 5-minute walk away. There is a bedroom with bed (1.60 m x 2m) and a sofa bed in the living room.

Right on the lake - Berlin's outskirts

Studio 2 (up to 3 guests) with a separate bedroom with an extremely comfortable double bed (200x200), kitchen-living room with sofa corner and dining area and a bathroom with large shower is located on the ground floor of a renovated house next to the studio 1 on a 1,300 sqm lake property with large garden with fruit trees, meadow and a jetty. A rowing boat is available. If you want to bring your own boat, you can use a berth on the dock free of charge.

Holiday home on the water - close to the city

Our cottage is located in Berlin-Gatow and opposite Villa Lemm. Quiet in the countryside, only a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. Perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other side a true dog paradise with lots of nature for extensive walks, for paddle and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. There are swimming spots and playgrounds.

The apartment has 2 rooms with a new, elegant open kitchen-living room, a large balcony and a brand new high-quality bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom has a bed (120cm x 200cm) and another 90cm wide bed can optionally be added. In the living area, 2 people can stay on the sofa bed (140 cmx190 cm). The residential complex has a very large garden! An ideal place to spend the summer between Berlin and Potsdam as well as lakes and forests.

Haus am See with playground, pool & large terrace

Our house is located 30 minutes from Berlin center, quiet on a protected landscape area . There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers, and a big terrace for grilling.

Bright room in beautiful house next to Havel river

Very close to Havel river in a green and friendly neighbourhood this cosy room is located in a beautiful house. You can swim in Havel river in the morning or go on a tour with your canoo. Or you go on a bike ride along the river to visit Potsam's castles. Nearby the house you find some restaurants, a supermarket and a whole foods store. An express bus takes you to Berlin's western city center within 20 minutes.

Groß Glienicke is located in The apartment is located at the end of the village of Groß Glienicke and is about 3 minutes walk from the forest and 5 minutes from Sacrower See. The apartment itself is new and has been renovated with great attention to detail. It is located on the first floor and facing south/west. On the south side there is a 5 m long balcony, with a beautiful view into the treetops.

Quiet apartment close to city and nature.

The very quiet attic apartment is ideally located between good city connection (25 min. with subway) and a few steps into the forest and lake area. 2 cozy rooms with views of the countryside, kitchen and bathroom (with shower/tub) make the stay in our house very comfortable.
