Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The spacious attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached house in Weinheim West and consists of two sun-flooded rooms with high-quality furnishings. In the bedroom are two double beds (1.60m and 1.40m), as well as a wardrobe. In the very large living-dining area you can cook, work and sit comfortably together. The large bathroom with a bathtub is lightly tiled and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, a beautiful balcony invites you to linger.

Lovingly and high-quality furnished, the Alte Backhaus offers modern comfort in historic walls. You will stay in the middle of Weinheim's lively old town. The Mediterranean market square with many restaurants and pedestrian zone are only one minute away. In 20 minutes by car you are in Heidelberg or Mannheim. Weinheim is located on the Burgensteig. We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very satisfied and happy despite all the tasks that still await. Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day.
