The property, with 11,000 square meters of space, is easily accessible in the front Odenwald. The A5 motorway near Weinheim can be reached in 10 minutes. From there, it is 20 minutes to Mannheim, 20 minutes to Heidelberg and about 40 minutes to Frankfurt Airport. There are good shopping opportunities in Birkenau, 4.5 km away; restaurants can be found abundantly in the vicinity.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Landhaus-Idylle in Flomborn! Gemeinsam mit unseren beiden Kindern und zwei Kaninchen bewohnen Roman und ich das alte Natursteinhaus mit schönem Garten und vermieten unser daran angeschlossenes Apartment mit Blick ins Grüne. Great apartment, 73sqm, pleasantly cool rooms in summer due to the location, very centrally located between Mannheim and Heidelberg, also available from August for a longer period. The apartment has a sauna with a large bathroom, separate toilet, 1 bedroom, small office area, pantry kitchen and a large living and dining room with an additional sofa bed for 2 more people, if desired. The covered terrace with a view of the large garden invites you to relax. Own parking space at the house.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Lovingly and high-quality furnished, the Alte Backhaus offers modern comfort in historic walls. You will stay in the middle of Weinheim's lively old town. The Mediterranean market square with many restaurants and pedestrian zone are only one minute away. In 20 minutes by car you are in Heidelberg or Mannheim. Weinheim is located on the Burgensteig. We love dogs and that's why your furry friend is welcome with us. We are happy to give walking tips nearby.
