Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, is the residence of the former mill. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used for the production of flour and animal feed until 1994. Today there are artists' studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building Our holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
