Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, is the residence of the former mill. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used for the production of flour and animal feed until 1994. Today there are artists' studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building Our holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².

Small but nice, this well-kept apartment with about 40 sqm is near Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. It is located in the basement and is fully equipped. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A private shower room and a spacious wardrobe are also available. Parking is available in front of the house. A jump into Lake Schlachtensee is possible on foot.
