Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Cottage2Rest

Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Tiny House <Naturpark Schönbuch> House Zirbe

Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Sleeping barrel on the Krügele farm

A special experience is the overnight stay in the charming sleeping barrel. Ideal for short breaks, cyclists, hikers, motorcyclists or simply anyone looking for a special experience. The barrel is equipped with a cozy 2 x 2 m bed. An extendable table and two cozy benches offer the opportunity to enjoy a nightcap, snack or glass of wine. Lovingly furnished - perfect for a short stay. The beds are made for you. Towels are to be brought along.

The cottages are built on stilts. They each have their own staircase and access. Both houses are equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine, kettle and all the cooking utensils you need. In the approx. 35 square meter vacation home you will find a special, warm atmosphere and can simply escape the stress of everyday life. The spacious terrace and the unique view of the Steinbach Valley has its own charm in every season. The cozily furnished cottage invites you to feel good and relax.

Besighomes Apartment 3 - The Loft

The apartment has a gallery (2nd level), which - on request - can also be used as an additional bed. The entire house was renovated in the first renovated in the first half of 2019 and the individual apartments are furnished individually and with a lot of creativity and passion for you, so that you will hopefully feel comfortable. Please note that all apartments are NON-SMOKING apartments.

Barn in the Swabian Forest

We completely expanded and renovated our barn in 2017. Under the roof there is a large room with a double bed (2 x 2 m) and a single bed. In addition, there are 2 bunk beds. In the lower part is the well-equipped kitchen and 2 toilets, one with shower. A fireplace provides warmth.

Sleeping in the former milk house (upper floor)

We have fulfilled a tummy and completely renovated the original milk house of the village (built in 1955) last year, lovingly restored and furnished very high-quality. In the small house there are 2 rooms with private bathroom/WC and separate entrance.

Tiny house - central & barrier-free

The house was originally prepared for a disabled person with a wheelchair. There is an anteroom, a living/sleeping room, a large walk-in bathroom and a cozy attic area. There is an adjoining large meadow with old trees and seating.
