Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Tiny House <Naturpark Schönbuch> House Zirbe

Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Sleeping barrel on the Krügele farm

A special experience is the overnight stay in the charming sleeping barrel. Ideal for short breaks, cyclists, hikers, motorcyclists or simply anyone looking for a special experience. The barrel is equipped with a cozy 2 x 2 m bed. An extendable table and two cozy benches offer the opportunity to enjoy a nightcap, snack or glass of wine. Lovingly furnished - perfect for a short stay. The beds are made for you. Towels are to be brought along.

The cottages are built on stilts. They each have their own staircase and access. Both houses are equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine, kettle and all the cooking utensils you need. In the bathroom you will find a toilet, sink and shower as well as a hairdryer and hand and shower towels. Both rooms have large flat-screen TVs. Very good Wi-Fi reception

Overnight stay Günzburg/Legoland

Sleeping in a wine barrel... An experience that is second to none! On a sleeping area of 2 m x 2 m and a separate bed in the curve in the lower area, berths 80 × 2.00 m, 3 people will find wonderful space. But also no problem for a family with 2 small children.

Sleeping in the former milk house (upper floor)

We have fulfilled a tummy and completely renovated the original milk house of the village (built in 1955) last year, lovingly restored and furnished very high-quality. In the small house there are 2 rooms with private bathroom/WC and separate entrance.

Tiny house - central & barrier-free

The house was originally prepared for a disabled person with a wheelchair. There is an anteroom, a living/sleeping room, a large walk-in bathroom and a cozy attic area. There is an adjoining large meadow with old trees and seating.
