Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Unser Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von 70 qm. Es liegt am Ortsrand vom Luftkurort Westerheim auf 823 m Höhe. In der Nachbarschaft sind Gewerbebetriebe, die jedoch nur wenig Lärm verursachen. Das Haus ist komplett 150 cm hoch eingezäumt. Direkt vom Haus weg führen Wanderwege und im Winter bei Schnee wird auch eine Loipe gespurt. The cottages are built on stilts. They each have their own staircase and access. Both houses are equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine, kettle and all the cooking utensils you need. Das Haus wurde ursprünglich barrierefrei für eine gehbehinderte Person mit Rollstuhl hergerichtet. Es gibt einen Vorraum, einen Wohn/Schlafraum, ein großes ebenerdiges Bad und einen gemütlichen Dachbodenbereich. Angegliedert ist eine große Wiese mit altem Baumbestand und Sitzgelegenheiten.

Overnight stay Günzburg/Legoland

Sleeping in a wine barrel... An experience that is second to none! On a sleeping area of 2 m x 2 m and a separate bed in the curve in the lower area, berths 80 × 2.00 m, 3 people will find wonderful space. But also no problem for a family with 2 small children.

Sleeping in the former milk house (upper floor)

We have fulfilled a tummy and completely renovated the original milk house of the village (built in 1955) last year, lovingly restored and furnished very high-quality. In the small house there are 2 rooms with private bathroom/WC and separate entrance.
