The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Time out in a tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with an extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we have packed a lot into our inclusive price. So parking, sauna, free Wi-Fi. That's how a vacation should be. The hot pot can be used for a fee of €30. Please let us know in advance so that everything can be prepared.

Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Our farm is home to many animals, from horses, cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, bees and dogs to cats. Our farm is located on the edge of a small village and is about 14 km from Lake Constance. The farm is surrounded by nature and many beautiful things can be done in the Lake Constance region.
